Dino Scene Investigation at Natural History Museum and Darwin Centre
Overview
In this workshop pupils will handle rocks and fossils, and find out how Paleontologists study specimens. Pupils will work in groups to uncover mystery specimens from excavation boxes. Inspired by seeing illustrations of extinct species, they will observe bone structures to interpret and draw the species their fossil came from.
