Overview

Mercury Prize winning indie-pop band Alt-J were formed in the dorm rooms of Leeds University in 2007. The quintet perform a unique blend of indie, folk, trip-hop and atmospheric synth. Their debut album 'An Awesome Wave' reached numer 19 on the UK album charts in 2012.
