These classes will help you to understand your speaking voice: how to make it stronger and clearer, and how to deal with whatever acting demands of you vocally. These classes will cover: Breath: An expressive voice needs a free and powerful breath: we will work on using natural impulses to develop and strengthen your breathing muscles. Resonance: Exploring your resonance will give your voice ever more richness and variety, and help you match your voice to different spaces with ease. Articulation: One of the marks of an accomplished actor is their ability to speak with clarity and ease. You will work on releasing jaw tension and improving the precision of your articulators. Text: All of the work we do to develop your speaking voice will be put to practical use through on text.
