The Bootleg Beatles at Royal Albert Hall
Overview
The Bootleg Beatles are considered to be the world's first 'tribute' band. Having formed from the West End cast of the Broadway musical 'Beatlemania', the band's career began at a now long forgotten student's bash in Tiverton. Since then, the fab four have set the standard for the many other tribute bands who have followed in their footsteps. By keeping the spirit of the Beatles alive for the i-Tunes generation, the band are carrying the torch for future generations and have a broad legacy on their shoulders. What is really remarkable about the Bootleg Beatles is their stamina. They have been playing the same songs for three decades now. But since they can't write any new material, fans of the band can expect to hear all of their favourite anthems sung in melodic unison.
