A tour around the theatre, including backstage areas, telling the story of the Theatre Royal Haymarket from the early 18th century to the present day. You'll have a fascinating glimpse of London's theatre history, in which the Haymarket plays an important role. These include unique site-specific performance and an exhibition, exploring the Theatre Royal's rich and colourful history and highlighting its importance as a cultural icon. Stories and incidents will be depicted with promenade/experimental theatre scenes created by a team of emerging theatre-makers and artists from the Masterclass programme, marking yet another first for the 'Little Theatre in the Hay'. A small exhibition of archive materials includes pictures, documents and playscripts from some of past productions.
