Yoga is a method of training the body and mind that has been practised for thousands of years. The aim of Yoga is to promote equilibrium in ones life and to benefit our relationships with others. The primary method taught is through the yoga postures or asanas. The objective is to create a strong, flexible body free from disease and a calm focussed mind. At a time when children are under considerable academic pressure, yoga has much to offer by teaching how to deal with challenging circumstances and how to relax.
