London Zoo is not to be missed. The zoo has some 12,000 animals, giraffes to pancake tortoise! The Gorilla Kingdom is well worth a visit – to gaze in the eyes of those magnificent animals is truly amazing.
The SEA LIFE London Aquarium is fun too – don't miss the sharks enjoying their lunch!
The V&A Museum of Childhood is great for kids and parents alike. Traditional toys, cool games and cute dolls can all be found here. Do you know their oldest doll's house is called the Nuremberg House and was made in 1673?

In the summer, a trip to the London Wetlands Centre should not be missed. And for the latest big family films, visit BFI IMAX. It's London's largest cinema screen and sometimes screens films in 3D.
If you like theatre, visit the Unicorn Theatre For Children. Afterwards, as a treat, the whole family can settle into the theatre's Frizzante Café for an afternoon cake or two.
For a top family outing, take a trip to the Body Worlds exhibition at The O2. Not everyone knows this, but a really fun way to arrive at The O2 is on a Thames Clipper! The boats leave from Waterloo and London Bridge and arrive at The O2's very own QE2 Pier.
The Natural History Museum is also amazing. If you have the choice, try to avoid the museum on Saturday afternoons as it gets really packed!
