We arrived early and we where told the queue was about 1 hour long - three hours later we finally got in but we felt we were being rushed through I suspect so they could get the whole queue in before closing time. We had to ask to leave early after half an hour as we had to catch our train home - We did enjoy what we managed to see and the review might have been better had we seen the whole attraction. Can I suggest to management that if they know the queues are going to take so long to clear, firstly they are honest with their customers about waiting times and secondly, take a leaf out of Disney's book and provide some entertainment for those queueing. Also buy your tickets using many of the offers around because I would have been disappointed had we paid £70+ for a family of 4.

My husband and I were in London for part of our honeymoon and made the mistake of going to this ridiculous tourist trap. We spent nearly $80 USD for what can only be described as a glorified haunted house. There is one difference though. This place was neither scary or fun. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WHEN THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF BETTER ATTRACTIONS IN THIS AMAZING CITY!!!

My fiancee and I love haunted houses, and although the London Dungeon isn't quite a haunted house, it still was a lot of fun. We had just flown into London from the US west coast, so we had not slept in more than 24 hours but we chose to stay up to avoid jet lag and this was the first place we went to. The thrill ride at the end of the Dungeon sure woke us up! Overall it was like a mix between a history museum, a play, and a haunted house and it was a fun experience for us. Probably not the best for young children, and if you're an adult expecting something really scary then you might be disappointed. Also, I'm glad that we chose not to pay extra for priority skip-the-line tickets. I had read that the line can be pretty long, but we went later in the day about an hour before it closed and walked right in.

We went for a day out for my sisters 14th birthday, my partner and I went, along with our 4 year old son. *** I would NOT recommend this attraction for young children *** Whilst it was very good, the actors were great and there was a good amount of interaction, our son was quite scared in places and was very pleased to have left. I would recommend this to people but again not for young children, there was another small child of about 9 years old who appeared to be in a worse state than our son. It is quite jumpy in places.

Went there with my family. What a disappointment…. We expected a thrilling horror show, instead this was flat, boring, based only on talks and with no action.

We were moved from one room to another, being entertained by very long monologues performed by actors with a non scary make up.

The worst was “Jack the ripper experience”, placed in a room, looking at pictures reflected on the wall, with a voice off relating also and again a longue monologue… . I don't see what is scary with that.. Or maybe I should mention the boat experience. Going through a dark tunnel, were… nothing is happening…

Not to forget… the longue waiting queues between the rooms. should we have felt any emotion during a previous show… it would have been all gone as we had to wait several minutes before moving to the next one…

I spent money for this attraction as I wanted to please my family, have them enjoy their time and a great experience in London. Instead, they didn’t understand a single word of what was said as they didn't speack english, they got bored and looked forward to the end.
