Second time at the Gun and it is a faultless eating venue. Always excellent dishes and strong wine list. Good Chardonnay from Chile and excellent red from Toro, Spain. And the view of the Dome is worth the entrance fee alone. Top spot. Worth the trek.... and maybe a taxi...

The Gun is a lovely pub, lovely decor. Food was delicious although portion of vegetarian wellington was quite small and the crab starter was very overpriced for the portion size. Great position right on the river which would be lovely in summer. Staff very obliging.

Great food; great location; we've been dying to go to The Gun for ages and it didn't disappoint,. Will definitely be going back.

The Gun pub/restsaursant was a fantatstic place to go for our first night out during a recent trip to London. The atmosphere was rtelaxed and welcoming. The staff were friendly and of course the food was really tasty. Excellent value for money especially with the deal we got through top table [2 courses and half a bottle of wine for £30]. We will definitely be going again the next time we are in London and would highly reccomend a visit!

Went to Sunday lunch at The Gun for my Mum's birthday. Superb food and service. I tried the belly pork, which I've resisted since a nasty childhood experience, and it was delicious. Staff were excellent too. Highly recommended.
