This place is clean, friendly, comfortable, great location, and an all around great bargain.

I really like the idea of a room with a kitchen so that I can use it for breakfasts and a few dinners. I also like having the ice in the room which is not something you see much in the UK in a place that is not on the level of the Ritz. The location is very central and the Astons is five minutes from a tube station and Glouster Road is a straight shot to Heathrow.

In response to our clients’ comments. The guest stayed during the Easter bank holiday weekend and at some stage realised that a personal item was missing from their room, and advised management.

The police where immediately called but as it was very late, and a bank holiday, it took a long time for them to respond which obviously inconvenienced our client. As a good will gesture we offered one night of accommodation free of charge and immediately moved the guest to another apartment. We have an excellent team at Astons who we trust implicitly, some of whom have been with us over four years.

The bathroom ceiling had suffered slight water shading which has been eradicated. The taps do not leak; the stove top works correctly and is controlled by an electronic timer which turns itself off after use.

Following an inspection by the police and our security advisors, it was suggested that the perco self closing system on the apartment door might be too loose.

All our apartments have been checked and found to be working correctly. This incident is an exception and we are sorry that the guest has responded in the manor that he has. We are proud of the all round excellent service that we give at Astons Apartments and are glad that this is confirmed by the many clients who attest to this.
