Dont waste your time and money. Poor service. Rude receptionist (Kristin)
God knows where is the General Manager.
Night team disaster. No body know what they have to do. Called reception and they answer after 10 times rang. I assumed they all sleeping. Floors stink. Food terrible. Absolutely 5* disaster

Excellent quiet and welcoming, exactly what is needed after long flight
We received excellent service during our stay at this hotel in May this year. The staff made our stay (with 3 small children) very enjoyable and assisted greatly with our recovery from a very long plane trip from Australia. The quiet and excellently run hotel was exactly what we needed in those first days in London. The restaurant service was superb and I greatly appreciated the care and attention given to our young children. The reception and concierge staff (Phil and Bill?) were also extremely helpful and we appreciated their good advice and suggestions. The rooms we were given backed onto the courtyard and were quiet and well appointed. The location of the hotel is fantastic - right opposite Kensington gardens and a short walk to the tube station. We would stay with this hotel in the future and would recommend it to anyone traveling to London.

a stylish place for a romantic weekends
we was only 1 night here. It's pleasure. We had a romantic dinner in "Brunello" restaurant. We liked it! Very stylish atmosphere there...many young stylish people mostly from Italy:)
It's the best place who likes jogging and walking because the hotel located opposite Hyde Park.
Some "-": not comfortable bad - it's expanding constantly :( there's often hard traffic... a problem to take a taxi...

Difficult to leave the room
3 night stay over Remembrance Day weekend (watched many parades & ceremonies on the fab plasma TV) . Got upgraded to spacious posh room , very cool trendy decor. Almost could not get out of bed one day, it was so comfy, but the in-room espresso maker helped a lot. Quiet, but good location walking distance to tube and parks, nice restaurants nearby. Concierge was extremely helpful. We were sad to depart.

London at its finest
From the moment you enter the hotel, you are subject to a five-star experience. The brick facade is deceiving as the decor itself is extremely modern with an Italian flair. Black ebony wood floors, subdued lighting, and striking gold accents are an exquisite combination.
My junior suite was fantastic! I was actually excited about returning to my room. Soft spotlights are displayed throughout, while A fireplace and oversized chairs offer a further degree of comfort. Blue lights and a plethora of mirrors define the bathroom. Members of Baglioni staff are amazing and consistently aim to please. No request was disregarded or too small!
The hotel is in a great location, opposite Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. I cannot speak to the presence/proximity of Tube stations, as I took cabs the entire time…but I felt that it was definitely central to several key sights. Phil is the most incredible concierge I have ever encountered. His recommendations were perfect, which made the London experience one of my most memorable. I look forward to my next weekend at the Baglioni!
