Major London Venues - Accessibility

London's major venues host a wide variety of concerts, cultural events, sport and exhibitions. Levels of accessibility vary, but in general access for disabled people in London's big venues is very good. When booking, make sure to tell the venue about your access requirements.

Barbican

There is step-free access throughout most areas of the Barbican. Facilities are available for people with hearing aids and assistance dogs are allowed (please call in advance). Enquire about captioned, audio described and British Sign Language interpreted events. Blue badge parking is available on-site and wheelchairs are available for loan.

Earls Court and Olympia 

There is step-free access throughout Earls Court and Olympia. However, over-sized wheelchairs and electric scooter users should make themselves known to a member of staff prior to entering Earls Court Two. Facilities are available for people with hearing impairments and assistance dogs are allowed (some restrictions may apply). Blue badge parking and wheelchair loan are available, which are best booked in advance. For any special access requirements or requests, contact the venue.

There is step-free access into the HMV Hammersmith Apollo and the ground floor only. Hearing loops are available for people with hearing impairments and assistance dogs are allowed (some restrictions may apply). There is limited on-street parking.

There is step-free access throughout The O2. Assistance dogs are allowed (some restrictions may apply). Blue badge parking is available on-site and wheelchairs are available for loan.

Roundhouse

There is step-free access throughout the Roundhouse. Facilities are available for people with hearing impairments and assistance dogs are allowed (some restrictions may apply). Blue badge parking is available on-site.

Royal Albert Hall

Step-free access to the Royal Albert Hall is through doors 1, 3, 8, 9 and 12. Inside, all areas have step-free access. There is an infra-red system for people with hearing impairments and assistance dogs are allowed (some restrictions may apply). Inquire about audio introduced events. Blue badge parking is available on-site, which must be booked in advance. On-street and off-site parking is also available.

Southbank Centre 

There is step-free access to all areas of the Southbank Centre. Some entrances are not at street level, but can be reached by lift. Facilities are available for people with hearing impairments and assistance dogs are allowed (some restrictions may apply). Blue badge parking is available on-site and wheelchairs are available for loan.

Wembley Stadium

There is step-free access to all areas of Wembley Stadium. There is an infra-red system for people with hearing impairments and assistance dogs are allowed (some restrictions may apply). Accessible toilets are fitted with standard RADAR locks. Keys are available from information points or you can use your own RADAR key. Blue badge parking is available on-site.
