London Restaurant Festival Gourmet Odyssey

Gourmet Odyssey is the ultimate gastronomic road trip, with some of London's most celebrated restaurants taking part.

London Restaurant Festival's Gourmet Odyssey, a sell-out event at last year's Festival, returns on Saturday 9 October 2010.

What is Gourmet Odyssey?

In one lunchtime, you will eat at three of London's most exciting and influential restaurants, meeting chefs and fellow foodies along the way.

After a Champagne GH Mumm reception at the glamorous Met Bar, you'll board an iconic Routemaster bus and food-hop your way around the city's most exclusive restaurants. You'll eat your starter at the first stop, main course at the second and enjoy pudding at the final restaurant.

Gourmet Odyssey 2010 Itineraries

Four Gourmet Odyssey routes have been announced for London Restaurant Festival 2010, each with two departure times.

The first bus for each tour departs at 11.45am and returns to the Met Bar at approximately 3.30pm; the second bus departs at 1pm and arrives back at approximately 5pm.

Lunch includes a champagne reception, three courses and wine. A Prestige Gourmet Odyssey tour by Champagne G H Mumm is also available on the Piccadilly route, where guests enjoy a range of champagnes paired with each course along the route.
