Dissapointing

The location is convenient. The service is a problem. No professional attention to customers, more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel.

Wonderful except the 1 pound per phone call charge

Europa House Apartments are located in a beautiful area - Maida Vale. Right next door to the Warrington Pub which was very convenient. Walking distance to nearby tube station and excellent...

Europa House Apartments are located in a beautiful area - Maida Vale. Right next door to the Warrington Pub which was very convenient. Walking distance to nearby tube station and excellent restaurants.

Staff were very helpful and always willing to offer assistance.

Wireless internet available for 40 pounds per week.

Only complaint was we were charged 1 pound per phone call outbound. Travelling with a teenager meant I was charged a considerably excessive amount from my 300 pound deposit for his numerous phone calls to his girlfriend. 1 pound per day would be more appropriate and in line with other accomodations. Also, we were not informed of the 1 pound per phone call policy when checking in or during communications prior to booking.

Me, my husband and our 2 year old spent four memorable weeks at Europa House. Our apartment was spacious yet cosy and the communal garden to which we had access was a source of constant delight to our baby. It was like having your own apartment in London only better because with daily cleaning included in the price I didn't have to worry about the dishes or the mess our busy baby girl made there every day. They really managed to find the perfect balance between the privacy of staying at home and all the comforts of a hotel. Perfect family holiday, none of us wanted to go home...
