Trasporto pubblico: High Steet Kensington - 8 min walk. Turn left right out of the station, the hotel is opposite Kensington Palace and Gardens. Buses: Bus no. 9 or 10 will take you directly to Oxford St or Piccadilly Circus from outside of the Hotel. Bus no.52 will take you directly to Victoria Station from outside of the Hotel.
In base alla via: M4 - Head into Hammersmith and follow the Hammersmith Road which leads to High Street Kensington. Carry on to the end of High Street Kensington. The hotel is located on the right, opposite Kensington Palace.

Servizio impeccabile, personale molto efficiente, competente e gentile, camera spaziosa e pulitissima, molto conforetvole (non era una camera standard, peró).

Di fronte a Kensington Gardens, niente da dire sulla posizione. Tranquillo di notte (ben insonorizzato), colazione eccellente, discreto ristorante. Il centro fitness e la piscina sono piccoli, ma si tratta di un piccolo hotel nel complesso con maggiore attenzione alla qualitá. Il prezzo non é irrilevante ma sicuramente é uno dei migliori hotel di Londra.

15 luglio 2006. Questa è la nostra terza visita a questo hotel a Kensington. Il Milestone offre un servizio eccellente, il personale è adorabile e le camere bellissime. Si trova proprio di fronte a Kensington Gardens, con un sacco di negozi, pub e ristoranti a breve distanza a piedi e a soli 10 minuti dal West End. Le camere che ho visto (5 in totale) sono tutte arredate in modo diverso e caratteristico ed attrezzate con tutto il necessario, perfino con gli articoli di cancelleria sulla scrivania. Siamo stati in molti hotel a Londra (tra cui il Claridges e il Blakes), ma questo è il nostro preferito.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Milestone l'anno scorso e abbiamo prenotato ancora per maggio di quest'anno. Il nostro soggiorno è stato eccellente, il servizio non era secondo a nessuno e le camere erano incantevoli. Consigliamo questo hotel a chiunque desideri una sistemazione fantastica.

Had a great stay at The Milestone. There is a huge choice of luxury hotels and suites in West London, so for one to be voted by Conde Naste Traveller number one for service we thought it worth...

Had a great stay at The Milestone. There is a huge choice of luxury hotels and suites in West London, so for one to be voted by Conde Naste Traveller number one for service we thought it worth trying.

The service, as expected was great. The staff were fantastic.

The best thing by far though was the "package" they put together for Cirque du Soleil at the Albert Hall.

Programme in your suite,

Pre theatre meal,

Bentley transfers

Post theatre coffee and cognacs

5* hotel 5* package 3* prices. Great value

My husband and I wish to express our thanks to the Management and Staff of the Milestone hotel and of the Cheneston Restaurant for the warm welcome we received from all concerned. The food was delectable and the service impeccable. Every member of staff whom we met was charming and helpful and all congratulated us on reaching our Golden Wedding Anniversary. It delighted us that the hotel where we spent our honeymoon fifty years ago should go to such pains to make our stay so special. For me in particular it was a joyous experience which I will remember always. I am certain my husband feels the same.
