The Courthouse Doubletree by Hilton

Hôtel très bien situé et agréable, près d'un quartier piétonnier entre le centre de SOHO et REGENT STREET.

Propre. Hyper calme.

Personnel agréable.

Piscine intérieure bien pour barboter, peu pratique pour nager.

Petits déjeuners compris dans notre formule avec splendia.fr, pleinement satisfaisants.

Seul bémol, le lit de la chambre ressemblait plus à un de ces lits des vieux hôtels très passagers, avec un matelas usé et peu agréable. mais nous n'avons pas changé de chambre car la vue sur les toits de Londres nous plaisait beaucoup (et en plus il a fait beau temps pendant tout notre séjour). Mais nous avons pu arranger les matelas pour qu'ils soient confortables.

Un second point surprenant, mais peu gênant pour nous, l'absence de personnel pour nous accueillir à l'entrée de l'hôtel.

Tout au plus c'est hôtel peut paraître un peu cher mais sa situation idéale a été pour nous un facteur déterminant de notre choix et un objet de satisfaction.

En somme un super séjour dans un bel hôtel.

My boyfriend booked this hotel as a surprise for my birthday last year, so I didnt know anything until we arrived !!

The hotel is lovely and the old cells in the bar are a great touch.

Plus the basement pool is just what i needed after a day of shopping !

I loved every minuet of my stay and cant wait to go again.

In regards to the challenges you've experienced with your room and the carpet, please be reassure that I have spoken to my Executive Housekeeper order to look at the shortfall in the service and retrain some member of our team. Please note as well that the crème color carpet is part of our cleaning schedule however we will reinforce that in order to avoid reoccurrence of this problem
