I booked Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley for a special lunch with my parents. We can't complement him and his staff enough for such an enjoyable experience. The food was exquisite and every plate a perfect picture (we chose the £75 per head menu but there was also a cheaper set menu or an 8 course taster menu). The wine list was exceptional and provided choice for every budget. Service and ambiance were outstanding. I can't wait to go back to repeat the experience!

marcus wareing at the berkeley - it was a birthday surprise lunch for my other half, and it did not disappoint. discreet and smooth service, a small but well-judged selection of starters, main courses and desserts that was delicious and presented in an unpretentious way. it was food that was not only a delight on the palate but visually great on the eye, but in an understated way rather than being overfussy. highlight was meeting marcus himself and taken on a tour of the kitchen by the maitre'd.
