I spent a lovely sunny Sunday having lunch at The Narrow sitting in the conservatory watching the boats on the Thames come and go. We arrived early and had drinks outside while waiting for our table. The food was great and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Would love to come back sometime soon.

This was my first Gordon Ramsay experience. It's easy to forget that this is meant to be a pub and not a fine dining restaurant. So beware of expecting top quality nosh. However, what we did order - sea bream and pork belly mains - was sub-standard. The pork belly was 80% fat, so mainly belly and not much pork, while the sea bream just didn't taste fresh...perhaps lacking seasoning, i don't know. Ultimately would not return for pub food including bottle of wine at £95 for two.

The narrow is an asset to the limehouse area, wonderful ambience and homely and humble food! The pastry of the chicken and wild mushroom pie was an absolute dream! All diners were extremely happy and extremely well fed, very traditional english food but at a very high standard! Defintely visiting again.

Food excellent and although one order was wrong the waiter voluntarily brought ot a repalacement side dish which more than compensated. Fantastic views.

Lunch with friends at The Narrow on Sunday was good. The only disappointment was the service, with our drinks being forgotten & our food order seemed also to be forgotten - they got there in the end! Our friends had been before & commented the service wasn't bad, so will put it down to a one off. Good food & view along the Thames.
