Roast was excellent for breakfast, food and service very good. No sign of our booking when we arrived but they found us a good table in a packed restaurant (this happened with Toptable for the evening meal at another restaurant as well and happens too often!)

I love roast. The food is great but the service could be a little better. The surroundings are fantastic and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on a sunny day over looking the markets. We will be back again.

A great place for lunch and a really nice bar to have a drink beforehand. Attentive staff without being intrusive and fab fish and chips! I intend to return and try the breakfast which looks amazing. Altogether a great experience.

We went to roast for breakfast without the 2 for 1 offer. It was very tasty was the setting is fantastic but without the offer it was expensive (£50 for breakfast for 2) will go again but probably either with the special offer or for a special occasion

Roast is always good, if a bit noisy at times. This was for a business meeting, meeting for breakfast at 0830. Great food, OK service today and with a 2 for 1 on food, great value. My colleague had the full cooked breakfaxst which was as good as ever. I had the kippers and wished I hadn't gone for large, because they were TOO BIG. Yes, can you believe it? They were superb, however, and I highly recommend them.
