Winter Wonderland returns to London's Hyde Park for its third year this Christmas.

Winter Wonderland at London's Hyde Park
Last year Winter Wonderland attracted an amazing 1.5 million visitors to Hyde Park in London.
This year, it looks to be bigger and better than ever as the organisers double the size of the festival to cover 32 acres.
As well as 200 rides, you can enjoy festive attractions, browse the German Christmas market and gaze over London on the Observation Wheel.
Highlights of Winter Wonderland 2009

There's plenty to see and do at Winter Wonderland, including favourite festive attractions and brand new features such as:

- 50m high Observation Wheel with 40 heated gondolas

Shopping at Winter Wonderland
Forget hectic shopping malls, at Winter Wonderland you can buy Christmas gifts in the festive surroundings of the German Market.
There are more than 50 wooden, chalet-style huts with independent traders selling everything from arts and crafts to gourmet gifts.
Festive Food at Winter Wonderland

Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without the chance to indulge in festive food treats.
At Winter Wonderland, there's plenty to find at The Bavarian Village, House of St Nikolas, Café Grell and German Christmas Market
Tickle your tastebuds with roasted nuts, gingerbread hearts, crepes, chocolate and sweets. More savoury options include Bavarian Hog Roast, seasoned steaks and German Bratwurst sausages.
Mulled Wine and Winter Warmers at Winter Wonderland
Sip on a Bavarian chilled beer, hot chocolate or delicious, warming "Glühwein" (mulled wine) at one of Winter Wonderland's many indoor and outdoor bars.
As well as continental offerings, you can find local produce and drinks such as hot cider and real ale at the Serpentine Bar & Grill and other venues.
