Based on the short stories of the acclaimed Russian writer Yuri German, 'Torpedo Bombers' is an action-drama which chronicles the lives of Russian air force pilots during World War II. Set in 1944, these pilots live seemingly mundane lives that are oppressed with the knowledge that they may be called to fight in a fatal battle.
