Black Hellcock + Alamode + Beeches

Formed in late 2005 and based under a disused fish and chip shop in West London, the Black Hellcock are arguably London's most argumentative bandBlack Hellcock were also shortlisted to play Bestival 07, until it was realised they weren't local to the Isle of Wight and hence didn't qualify. The Beeches boys have been doing their thing since March 2004. Rawkus and driving (sounding like they need an anger management course) in the main, when catching their breath they switch to a mellower tack. Folky influences are weaved with fuzz and a pounding rhythm section who compete with emotional and sometimes biting vocals.
