Natural History Museum Ice Rink

With its striking architecture, twinkling evening lights and popular café bar, London's Natural History Museum is a great spot to indulge in some winter ice skating.

Ice Skating at the Natural History Museum

Come winter, Londoners love nothing more than to pull on a pair of ice-skating boots and take a spin around one of the capital's scenic outdoor ice rinks.

For the fifth year in a row, the Natural History Museum welcomes visitors to its winter ice rink, located on the east lawn against the stunning backdrop of the museum itself.

Visitors of all abilities and ages can have a go – whether it's shuffling around the edge or speeding past everyone else with your scarf fluttering behind you.

The Natural History Museum Café Bar

If you'd rather stay off the ice, then head to the Café Bar's open-air balcony for a great view of everyone falling over!

The popular café bar is a great place to sit and relax with a drink of warming mulled wine or a hot chocolate.
