The Millennium Embroideries at Greenwich Heritage Centre

The Millennium Embroideries were began in 1998 at the former Borough Museum. The project was to produce a series of embroidered panels to depict the history of the borough from the beginning of the millennium to the year 2000. The embroideries are part of the Heritage Centre's collection and, from time to time, a panel will be on display to the public, depending on the exhibition programme.
