David Grindley directs the first major London revival of John Guare's Olivier Award-winning film in 18 years.
The sharp, lively play is inspired by the true story of a con artist who convinced wealthy residents of Manhattan's Upper East Side that he was the son of Sidney Poitier.
About Six Degrees of Separation
Six Degrees of Separation was first performed on Broadway in 1990.
A film version of the play appeared in 1993, featuring its Broadway star Stockard Channing alongside Donald Sutherland and Will Smith.
A Star Cast in Six Degrees of Separation in London

Popular TV star Anthony Head leads the cast of Six Degrees of Separation. Head is best known for his role in the long-running TV show Buffy The Vampire Slayer. He has recently been seen on screen in Spooks, Manchild and Merlin.
Anthony Head is also an accomplished theatre actor. Since making his West End debut in Godspell, his stage credits include Chess, The Rocky Horror Show and Otherwise Engaged.
Lesley Manville plays Ouisa. Manville was last seen at the Old Vic in the stage adaptation of Pedro Almodovar's All About My Mother. Her recent stage outings also include Her Naked Skin, Pillars Of The Community and His Dark Materials at the National Theatre.
They're joined by RADA graduate Obi Abili, who plays Paul. Since graduating in 2006, Abili has appeared in Dido Queen Of Carthage at the National Theatre, the award-winning The Brothers Size at the Young Vic, Fabulation at the Tricycle and Angels In America at the Lyric Hammersmith.
