Francis Crick: DNA and Beyond

I had a warped idea of 'real' scientists. My brain pictured a walking dictionary with thick glasses.' Nobel Prize winner Francis Crick wasn't afraid to ruffle the feathers of his peers with his theories, but he was always encouraging to young people interested in science, and sympathetic to the demands of desperate patients writing to him for help. Using Crick's archives in the Wellcome Library, come and explore his career and character. Speaker: Helen Wakely, Archivist.
