ThirtyFifty's One day wine course

The day will kick off with an introduction on how to taste wine and a tasting of still and sparkling white wines from around the world. Then break for a three course buffet lunch and the chance to discuss food and wine matching. In the afternoon taste a selection of reds and finish with a blind tasting challenge to put your newfound skills to the test.
