WorldPride 2012

Join the party as London hosts WorldPride 2012, a celebration of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people and culture.

WorldPride 2012 in London

London is the place to be in 2012: there's the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and WorldPride 2012, too!

WorldPride 2012 is led by Pride London, known for their annual Pride London Parade, with support from the Mayor of London.

London beat stiff competition to win the title of host city for WorldPride.

The two-week long event will include a main parade, set to take place on 7 July, and the celebrations are expected to attract over one million visitors.

About WorldPride

The aim of WorldPride is to promote lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) issues on a global scale.

Organised by InterPride, WorldPride spreads its message through parades, festivals and other fun activities.

Whether you've never been to a Pride London Parade before or you go every year, make sure you don't miss out when WorldPride 2012 comes to town!
