Anusara Inspired Yoga: Level 1 at The Life Centre: Notting Hill

Anusara Yoga blends Universal Principles of Alignment, grounded biomechanics, body awareness and dynamic poses with the deeper philosophy and meaning behind yoga, helping students to connect with their hearts. Its foundation in the Tantric philosophy of 'intrinsic goodness' confers an uplifting quality, giving rise to classes that are upbeat, fun and offer students a chance to learn the asanas (poses) fully. Classes mix detailed alignment with flowing vinyasa. This is a Level 1 class for beginners, although all levels of ability may attend.
