Reiki training is a fantastic way to improve your own health and well-being, help family and friends and/or become a holistic therapist. This is Reiki training from beginner (Shoden) to teacher (Shihan-kaku) level in the traditional Japanese style of the founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui. This Reiki training is known as Usui Reiki Ryoho. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing system that was discovered and developed by a Samurai called Mikao Usui. Reiki can be used to work on physical conditions, along with stress, depression, anxiety and specific emotional traumas.
