Adult Ballet at The Arc

This beginners’ ballet class offers an alternative to the gym and a brilliant way to improve posture and balance. A classically trained ballet dancer teaches you all the foundations of ballet as well as giving you the opportunity to learn choreography from famous ballets. Open to all over the age of 16, whether you are returning to ballet after learning as child or you are a complete beginner, adult ballet is a truly magical experience.
