Art of Breathing at Movingartsbase

Art of Breathing Workshops primarily work on breath awareness in movement, stillness and in dialogue. For the workshop to have depth, aliveness and joy the experiential space flows between several methods of teachings. The teachings of kinasthetics, somatic therapy and global meditations can be incorporated into the workshop.
