4-7's Dance at The Arc

The children will be taught by a professionally trained dance instructor all the latest moves, maybe even a little bit of break dancing. This class is exercise for developing strong muscles, healthy hearts and burning off extra energy after school, as well as enhancing co-ordination, balance, rhythm, team-work, creativity and imagination.
