Get ready for one of the biggest free music festivals London has ever seen.

To celebrate 2012, Radio 1 is staging a huge concert on Hackney Marshes for 100,000 people to attend.

Radio 1's Hackney Weekend will feature six stages with more than 80 international artists, bands and DJs. Confirmed acts include:

The event replaces Radio 1's annual Big Weekend festival.

Registration for tickets has now closed and ticket allocations for the Olympic Boroughs and rest of the UK have sold out.

Radio 1's Hackney Weekend is part of the Cultural Olympiad, a cultural celebration of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
