Brave New World: The Docklands Explorer at Tower Hill Underground Station

Starting from Tower Hill, this walk traces a route across the redeveloped old London Dock complex which was originally developed in the early 1800's by the great architects and engineers John Rennie and Thomas Telford. We proceed via the beautiful St. Katherine's Dock, to enter the Hermitage basin. Continuing via ornamental canals and gardens across the London Dock basin to the East London Dock (now Shadwell basin) and the redeveloped Limehouse basin, we join the Thames walk to arrive at Canary Wharf.
