Popcorn at Heaven presents a gay/mixed no attitude party night every Monday. In the arches on Villiers Street this big Ibiza-style club night spins a mix of commercial, electro and chilled house, dance anthems, dirty funk, chart hits and US garage. The club is spread over 5 rooms and has 7 bars and 3 dancefloors. Entry is £1 with an NUS card.

The Social

The Social is a great little bar/club tucked just behind Oxford Street and is perfect for a relaxed night out. The nightly programme of live music and a discerning, laid-back crowd make this a great venue for everyone. The reasonably priced drinks and free entry will limit damage to that overdraft!

The Gardening Club

It doesn't get any more central than this. The Gardening Club in Covent Garden presents Passionara every Monday. This weekly night sees the resident DJ spinning funky soul with a touch of groovy disco. Get yourself on the guest list for free entry and enjoy the £2 house spirits.

Oceana

This award-winning club in the centre of Kingston is home to 7different bars and 2 distinct nightclubs. Every Monday night is student night at Oceana, offering selected drinks promotions and playing the best in commercial dance, R&B, New York disco and 1970s and 1980s cheese. Arrive early for free or discounted entry with your student card.

King's College London Student Union

Collide-A-Scope is the long-running indie night at the Macadam Building, Kings College London. Every Saturday night, resident DJ Mac serves up the best of old and new indie tracks guaranteed to keep you dancing through till 3am.

Los Locos

A bar and restaurant early in the evening, this underground club in Covent Garden turns into party central from 10.30pm onwards. Monday night is student night at Los Locos with free admission all night and a selection of drinks promotions. DJs play a mixture of old and new chart hits. So get ready to shake your booty!

ULU

AMP presents the best live music every Saturday night at ULU (the University of London Union), from indie to dance right in the centre of London. There's a selection of cheap drinks. The live band each week is followed by legendary DJ Jeff Automatic who will keep you on your toes well into the night. Once a month AMP presents Decade, a night of music from a chosen decade between the 1950s and the current day. Doors open at 10pm.
