    'Oz on Ice' is perfect for all ages and will be a special Christmas treat for all. The show consists of a strong cast of 60 children ranging from 4 to 16 years, along with young adults. These are all amateur skaters who train at Alexandra Palace and partake in competitions all over the country. Our leading lady Dorothy, played by Hannah Dolan Davies aged 20, has been in a number of our previous shows and is looking forward to, yet again, playing a main role in our show this year. 'Oz on Ice' is full of bright colours and amazing scenery- a real spectacle on ice will be seen as Dorothy travels through Oz, making friends along the way! The show has fresh and funky elements, but keeps a traditional panto feel throughout.

    Half Moon is a fully accessible building. A butterfly flutters. A kite soars. Children play. But not everyone has something to play with. Join Rip, Fold and Scrunch as they journey into the multicoloured world of friendship, with the help of some magical paper creations.Inspired by the imagination and play of children, Half Moon's enchanting new show fuses theatre, Kathak dance and music within a paper world, which is created and dismantled before eyes. After the performance audience members are invited to come and experiment with paper - ripping, folding and scrunching their own creations. Rip, Fold, Scrunch was first developed as part of Half Moon's Exchange For Change project, funded by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation. The artists involved worked closely with a local nursery group to create a captivating play that stimulates and reflects the imagination of the very young. A workshop programme accompanying the show is available for schools and Children's Centre, please contact us for more information. Age range: 2-5 years.
