As their affection for one another deepens, Virginia and the Ghost realise that she is the solution to an ancient rhyme that help rid him of his curse. His children are not his only worries however, for this is Tsarist Russia and for the Jewish community this means their very existence is balanced as precariously as a Fiddler on the Roof.
