He has performed with many of the greats in country and rock, including Joe Cocker, Emmylou Harris, Eric Clapton and the Everly Brothers. As well as being a top guitarist, he is also a piano player and singer. His new band comprises some of the most respected rock 'n' roll and country players in Britain. They won a Grammy Award in 2002.

Alice Cooper is a rock singer, songwriter and musician whose career spans four decades. With a stage show that features guillotines, electric chairs, fake blood and boa constrictors, Cooper drew equally from heavy metal, horror movies and vaudeville to create a theatrical brand of rock music that would come to be known as shock rock.
