Get beneath the skin of this classic work in the second event of the series. Spend the day learning and sharing Latin American, mambo, cha-cha and paso doble dance styles inspired by West Side Story's music and its dramatic context, featuring top stage and Latin choreographers. The event will climax with an opportunity to perform some of the moves learnt alongside the Ealing Youth Orchestra, as well as a newly choreographed showcase from a specially invited dance group.

Join vocal and dance sessions which culminate in scratch performances of key West Side Story moments at the end of the day. A performance of a specially created contemporary response to the work by Lambeth Wind Orchestra and a celebratory screening of the film itself follows.
