Charlotte Banks is a fluffy singer-songwriter who asks Will Burton (Gaelen Connell) to manage her fledging rock group, in order to beat her egotistical musician ex-boyfriend, Ben, at the biggest event of the year.

This physical class uses different Arabic rhythms that help people to get a nipped-in waist and feminine body using moves such as figure of eight, hip drop, hip lifts, and shimmies. Belly dance works on joint strength, helping to prevent osteoporosis and does not overwork old injuries or cause new ones.
