    Contemporary dance is a whole genre and includes very many different styles. That makes it difficult to describe to newcomers! It is an energetic, sympathetic, exciting dance form that incorporates both dynamic travel and fluid movement sequences, encouraging greater use of the body's natural abilities. This class follows a structured warmup that leads into sequences exploring dynamics such as weight, suspension and rebound.

Amongst these are many wool work on canvas pictures which naturally feature what they knew best, ships and flags in great and accurate detail.

    Tina Mammoser, a Greenwich based artist, will show the new "Black Paintings" in a show of dramatic artworks about dark and light. Tina's paintings are subtle minimalist seascapes inspired by cycling around the British coast. The exhibition "Dark" features three large new pieces alongside a selection of other paintings and printmaking that explore the balances of dark and light during stormy sea weather. The selected work let to the creation of what she calls the "Black paintings". Rather than being about black and white the artworks are actually an exploration of how darkness frames light and colour.

Cesare is ordered to kill Jane but refuses on account of her beauty, and a chase subsequently ensues.
