Sketch

sketch still stands alone for atmosphere and originality. Always an interesting an exotic crowd (including the staff) and last night was no exception. Last time we ate at sketch the video art had us in the middle of a camel herd. Last night we were in Paris!

Food good as always - especially liked the giant chips with home made ketchup and bubble gum ice cream, one of their signatures.

sketch is every bit as avant-garde as it always was and an excellent antidote to the credit crunch gloom.

Four of us went to Sketch for my birthday, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Imaginative would be how I describe the food and decor, and the staff were all extremely pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. It's not inexpensive - £100 per head for 3 courses each, four cocktails and one bottle of wine between four, but neither was it eye wateringly expensive.

I'd recommend it for a treat if you like your restaurants 'trendy.'

Loved valentine's day at sketch... lovely ambiance very romantic. The food was also extremely good the foie gras was to die for and you must try the malabar dessert.. bubblegum ice cream!! The waiters were very attentive (filling up our glasses every minute!!). Toilets were a real experience definitely a must see. Overall a lovely restaurant, one of the best in London
