London Ducktours

We booked months in advance and should have been highlight of trip before returning to Cardiff. We were booked on the 11 o'clock trip. We arrived well in advance as required. The two duck tour employees were rude and unhelpful and told us we had to wait as they were running late. We waited for almost an hour and throughout this period we were told that the bus would be arriving soon. At 11.30 as the bus arrived we were told that our bus had been cancelled and a private group got on the bus instead. My children were in tears as we were so looking forward to the trip. Also because they made us wait so long before telling us we were unable to find an alternative.

I have never been treated so appallingly by a company before. The impression that they gave was that we were lucky to get a refund. I would not recommend that you use this company.

I recently took this tour with a group of friends and hand on my heart I can say this is the worst tour I have ever been on.

Similar to other reviewers I also experienced rudness, insulating behavior and inappropriate comments from the guide and was flabbergasted with his conduct.

Aside from the guide, I didn't see the point of going an vehicle which does a poor job of being both a bus and a boat. Save your money and take a proper bus trip, get off and then get on a real boat on the Thames.

Its overpriced and poor quality tours like this which give London a bad name.

Another tour of London, but with a difference since it incorporates a ride on road and on water remaining on the same vehicle.

The splush in the river is really fun, particular if you stay at the back of the bus and you are showered.

For the rest a normal tour with the guide outlining the top attractions of the area as in any other tour.
