Baglioni Hotel London

Excelente hotel, muy buen servicio, mucho diseño, aunque las habitaciones son un poco oscuras.

From the moment you enter the hotel, you are subject to a five-star experience. The brick façade is deceiving as the décor itself is extremely modern with an Italian flair. Black ebony wood floors, subdued lighting, and striking gold accents are an exquisite combination.

My junior suite was fantastic! I was actually excited about returning to my room. Soft spotlights are displayed throughout, while A fireplace and oversized chairs offer a further degree of comfort. Blue lights and a plethora of mirrors define the bathroom. Members of Baglioni staff are amazing and consistently aim to please. No request was disregarded or too small!

The hotel is in a great location, opposite Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. I cannot speak to the presence/proximity of Tube stations, as I took cabs the entire time…but I felt that it was definitely central to several key sights. Phil is the most incredible concierge I have ever encountered. His recommendations were perfect, which made the London experience one of my most memorable. I look forward to my next weekend at the Baglioni!

The Baglioni Hotel was a great Hotel! It was very clean and the staff was very accomidating. It is directly across from Kensington Palace and there are shops and restaurants down the street from the hotel A tour company's bus picks up right down from the hotel. And it is within walking distance of the British Natural History Museum. The only problem that the hotel had and they said they are correcting is that they don't have wi-fi in the rooms only in the lobby and it is spotty. But overall a great hotel and only a short cab ride from the action.
