Amazing stay !!
My boyfriend booked this hotel as a surprise for my birthday last year, so I didnt know anything until we arrived !!
The hotel is lovely and the old cells in the bar are a great touch.
Plus the basement pool is just what i needed after a day of shopping !
I loved every minuet of my stay and cant wait to go again.

Didn't impress me
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review, I am writing following your stay at The Courthouse Doubletree By Hilton
to apologize for the frustrations that you experienced during your stay with us.
I can fully appreciate your dismay at the treatment you experienced regarding the room you’ve stayed in and such a situation should not have arisen in a hotel of our standing. Please accept our sincere apologies.
As a result of your feedback and the handover I got from my Duty manager, which I have taken very seriously, please be advised that I have spoken to my Executive Housekeeper and re-training within this area has been highlighted as a priority to avoid a re-occurrence of this nature in the future.
In regards of the issue you had with your Mini Bar, I have spoken to my Room service Manager to make sure they follow their checklist more accurately. The Mini bar was checked but I’m sorry to say that they’ve missed out on the Pringles and this is unacceptable.
I will speak as well to my night manager and investigate this further of why he never got back to you as this does not reflect on the level of service we are providing to our guest in our property.

Great location. Nicely appointed. Disappointing breakfast.

to apologize for the challenges you’ve experienced during your stay with us.
I'm really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at breakfast and this not up to our standards, I've discussed it with my Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Manager and re training in this area has been highlighted as a priority in order to improve the quality of food and service.
In regards to the room and the maid entering without knocking , I'm really sorry about that and I would be grateful if you could give me the date and the room number in order for me to investigate as I want to make sure this does not happen again. Our standard is to knock 2 times and the staff need to announce their department.
Once again, please accept my apology and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback.
