Ramada Plaza Gatwick

I stayed here as an overnight in Crawley. Brilliant for the airport. The check in process was simple and the staff were pleasant, the room was clean, and was an excellent size.

I didn't eat at the hotel, apart from breakfast, which was average at best.

Overall, this was an unremarkable stay, the plaza isn't a bad hotel at all, but I wasn't wowed. For the price, I'm not convinced that the hotel is a good value proposition.

We had a very brief, but pleasant, stay at the Ramada Gatwick in October.

We arrived late, around 9pm and were checked in by friendly, efficient staff.

We had a triple room which consisted of 3 single beds. The room was plenty big enough for 3 adults and both the room and bathroom were clean and nicely decorated.

We went down and had a drink and a snack in the bar - quite expensive, but it's no more than we expect to pay in a London Hotel.

We were up early the following morning for our flight so didn't have time to try the restaurant or any other facilities.

Check-out was quick and efficient, exactly what you need when you have a flight to catch.

The drive to Gatwick took no more than a few minutes.

All in all, an excellent place for an overnight stay.

Stayed there over night in July 2008 with 14 nights parking. Nice hotel and very clean.

Picked the car up on our return and guess what nasty scratches along one side of the car!!!! Not happy but I guess its not the hotels fault.

Never again we'll order a cab!!
