Gaucho - Piccadilly

Ate at Gaucho Piccadilly - as with every Gaucho I've been to this is one of the best places to eat steak in London. London still can't compete with the meat on offer in the US and SA (quality, size, how it's served) but this venue is well worth a visit.

We had heard a lot about the steaks at Gaucho Grill from a friend so expectations were high, and in terms of food they were certainly met. Meltingly tender spiral cut fillet was one of the best pieces of meat I've ever eaten. Decor continues the meaty theme with lots of leather and cow hide with the hair still on. Service was friendly but a bit slow at times, and the dark stairway and toilets could use some brightening up. But if you want some of the best steak in London, this is the place!
