Roast

This was the second time myself and my partner have visited Roast for breakfast. The food is always delicious and fresh as the ingredients are all bought from the market. The serivce was great until we sat down, from then, the waiter seemed to have little interest in his job or in his customers. Despite the grumpy waiter, it is an enjoyable eating experience. A great way to start the weekend.

Roast was excellent for breakfast, food and service very good. No sign of our booking when we arrived but they found us a good table in a packed restaurant (this happened with Toptable for the evening meal at another restaurant as well and happens too often!)

Roast is always good, if a bit noisy at times. This was for a business meeting, meeting for breakfast at 0830. Great food, OK service today and with a 2 for 1 on food, great value. My colleague had the full cooked breakfaxst which was as good as ever. I had the kippers and wished I hadn't gone for large, because they were TOO BIG. Yes, can you believe it? They were superb, however, and I highly recommend them.
