3 of us ate at Al Sultan. I chose Al Sultan because it's in Shepherd's Market (my companion's were going to winter festival in Hyde Park) and companions had not tried lebanese before. We had a really nice time. The food was good, the service was good (though we too had a slightly overkeen waiter who wished to move us on to the main courses before we were totally ready), the ambience is v pleasant... indeed it was all good but nothing to shout about. I would revisit but not rave.

al sultan didn't represent good value for money. meal for two with no alcoholic drinks and dessert came up to £70. we were not very extravagent in our eating too
